Annick Beaudet, MPA, FAICP is an Austin-based transportation and urban planning advisor with nearly 30 years of experience working at the intersection of transportation systems, land use, and public-sector capital programs. Her work helps organizations understand how public agencies set priorities, evaluate partners, and move major initiatives from planning to delivery. She focuses on multimodal systems, capital investment frameworks, and interagency coordination.

Annick brings extensive experience supporting the planning and implementation of major transportation initiatives, with particular strength in multimodal systems planning, capital investment frameworks, interagency coordination, and the integration of land use and mobility decisions.

Before becoming a consultant, Annick spent 18 years with the City of Austin in senior leadership roles. Her experience includes serving as Assistant Director of the Austin Transportation Department, Co-Lead for the City’s Land Development Code Revision in the City Manager’s Office, and Mobility Officer for Project Connect in the City Manager’s Office, where she supported coordination and implementation for the region’s transit expansion program alongside CapMetro and Austin Transit Partnerships leadership.

Annick is the Principal of Lighthouse Planning, LLC, where she provides strategic advisory services to public-sector clients on transportation, land use, and capital program initiatives. She is also a member of the College of Fellows of the American Planning Association Institute of Certified Planners (FAICP), inducted in 2024, recognizing sustained contributions to the planning profession.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography (Urban Track) from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Public Administration from The Pennsylvania State University.
