FIRM UPDATE: Two New Certifications (Texas HUB and Federal DBE)

We are excited to announce in January we achieved two important certifications from the state of Texas and Federal government.

The Bingham Group, LLC is now a certified Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) in Texas. A sample of the services we are coded under CONSULTING SERVICES, include: Business, Communications, Public Relations, Procurement Strategic Planning, and Education & Training.

The Texas HUB Directory is available to more than 200 state agencies and institutions of higher education to assist them in identifying HUBs available for procurement opportunities.

Under the Federal Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) certification (can’t say we are a fan of that name), we are valid with any Texas entity that receives U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) funds and has a DBE Program. Our coded CONSULTING SERVICES, include: Public Relations, Political Consulting, and Lobbying.

These new certifications are important step for us as the firm continues to grow.

We previously received our Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) certification in December 2018.
