A Proven Leader Joins as Senior Consultant
The practice is anchored by Anaiah Johnson, who joins Bingham Group as Senior Consultant.
Anaiah brings two decades of experience in land development and urban planning across Central Texas. His career includes senior leadership at the City of Austin’s Development Services Department, where he oversaw major entitlement processes and coordinated cross-functional review teams. He also served in the private sector, managing entitlements for one of the nation’s largest homebuilders.
This dual perspective — public and private — equips Anaiah with a rare ability to anticipate challenges and guide projects through permitting and approval with precision.
