Executive Management Team Announcement – Dr. Brian Gardner (February 7, 2025)
Dr. Gardner brings over 30 years of experience from both the public and private sectors, most recently serving as Interim Chief Information Officer for the City of Dallas. He brings his extensive technology experience from roles such as Chief Technology Officer, Chief Information Security Officer, and IT Risk and Compliance Manager. In his tenure with the City of Dallas, he developed long-term technology strategies, the City’s Cybersecurity program, and a National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Risk Management Program. Dr. Gardner has shaped and secured the digital landscapes of various organizations, including healthcare, telecom, nonprofit, and government. He also actively contributes to influencing future technologist through student mentorships in technology and security.
