CEO and Founder

A. J. Bingham, Founder and CEO (and a lawyer by training), has nearly a decade of experience representing private and public sector clients at the municipal and state level in Texas. His practice includes government affairs, public affairs, and procurement.


Prior to launching the firm, he served as Director of Government Affairs for the Real Estate Council of Austin, one of the most active business associations in the region. He began his lobbying career at one of Texas’ top lobbying firms, rising to Legislative Director over four years and two legislative sessions. He  previously worked at a leading Texas government procurement firm as a consultant for medium to Global Fortune 500 companies.

Paul Saldaa 

Senior Consultant

Born and raised in Austin, Texas, Mr. Saldaña has spent more than 25 years in local government affairs, public policy, public relations, media relations, multi- cultural communications, community engagement and political consulting.

With a life-long commitment to Austin and its diverse communities, Saldaña serves as a strategic consultant, advisor and contributor on quality of life issues including public education, voting, economics, healthcare, redevelopment, gentrification, affordable housing, transportation, business development, media relations and grassroots multi-cultural community engagement for governmental entities, clients and the media. Saldaña also serves as a political consultant/strategist and contributor on national, state & local campaigns.

Current Associate Intern - Public Affairs

Julie is a senior at The University of Texas at Austin, majoring in public relations and government with minors in business and advertising. She grew up in College Station, but decided to go to her parents’ rival school to engage in the political opportunities in Austin.

Julie previously interned for the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, the Kopser for Congress campaign, the University of Texas System Office of Governmental Affairs, U.S. Representative Lloyd Doggett’s district office, Texas Democratic Party, and State Representative Ryan Guillen’s capitol office.

Stephen Aubuchon

Current Associate Intern - Community engagement

Stephen is a senior at Texas State University at San Marcos, majoring in political science with a minor in political communications. Originally born in Mesa, Arizona, Stephen grew up in Houston, Texas and finally settled into Austin his senior year of high school. He started his college career majoring in Software Engineering. Today, his interest in technology is still strong, but he later found his true passion was in politics and communication.

Stephen, while at Texas State, has taken part in the Eugene Scassa Model Organization of American States (ESMOAS) and the Harvard National Model United Nations (HNMUN) competitions. He has interned for Paul Saldaña since January 2019.
